Set default page to be displayed when a .CHM file is opened

Is there a way to set default page to be displayed when a .CHM file is opened?

You can do that with Microsoft HTMLHelp Workshop:

1. Open your HHP file with HTMLHelp Workshop.
2. Click the first icon "Change project options" on the "Project" tab.
3. Set the "Default file" from the file list of the combo box.
4. Compile your project again.
